Canceling a service after 24 hours will result in a 100% charge on the total service cost. NO-SHOWS will be banned from booking and will incur a 100% scheduled service fee. All appointments have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be CANCELLED and considered a NO-SHOW with a 100% fee charge NO EXCEPTIONS! To secure your appointment, our booking system requires a valid card on file for a deposit. Card will also be charged if you fail to show up,cancel after the deadline or if you choose to pay remaining balance with card on file. Remaining balances can also be paid via cash or Zelle. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! If you need to reschedule an appointment, the deposit paid is transferable within a week. After a week you WILL need to pay a new deposit.
